// K&F: Tell us a little about yourself and your trade.
// BOB: I am a Chef/Owner of a small business (Byrd & barrel). That means I work everyday...all day...all night. Im a Chef because I love creating and making people happy. When you walk into my business you walk into my home. I will always do whatever it takes to make sure you leave my home happy and full.
// K&F: What apron are you currently wearing and why was it the perfect mix of form and function?
// BOB: Red Non-Pourus. Love it. In a kitchen where there is a lot of flour, hot oil, and chicken frying all day...it protects my clothes so i can move on with my day after a shift in the kitchen. I got my eye on that TigerStripe tho!
// K&F: Out of all of your tools, which one is your favorite and why?
// BOB: Cast iron pan. You can cook anything in a cast iron pan.
// K&F: If Knife & Flag were to add more to their lineup what would you suggest?
// BOB: Chef shoes that are functional but can also be worn socially. Work shirts like red cap or dickies but super dope.
